Shareholder Communications Policy

HFA Holdings Limited (the Company) believes that an effective shareholder communications policy enhances its strong culture of disclosure and its commitment to keeping shareholders and the relevant markets informed.

This Policy reflects the Board’s believe that shareholders should have access to the latest information about the Company, utilising, where practicable, electronic communications together with more traditional means of communication.   The Company also recognises that people other than shareholders, such as potential investors, rating agencies and the investment community generally may have an interest in information about the Company.  HFA has in place policies and procedures for the purpose of compliance with our continuous and periodic disclosure obligations under the Australian Securities Exchange Limited (ASX) Listing Rules and the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

Clear communication and easy access to information are important objectives of the Company’s communication strategy.  Information is communicated to Shareholders regularly through:

  • releases to the ASX in accordance with continuous disclosure obligations;
  • various reports and updates to the ASX and media;
  • the annual report;
  • the annual general meeting;
  • briefings and presentations to institutional shareholders and analysts.

Shareholders may choose to receive Company information electronically by registering their email address online with the Company.

In the Corporate Governance section of the website, the Board and Committee charters are published, as well as other Company policies that are likely to be of interest to Shareholders and potential investors.

The annual general meeting provides an important opportunity for Shareholders to express their views and the Company encourages and promotes Shareholder attendance and participation at general meetings.

The Shareholder Communication Policy is reviewed regularly by the Company’s management to reflect current regulatory, community and investor requirements.  In particular, the Policy will be updated in response to changes in internal structure, legislative, regulatory and market developments.
